Recharge issue.

On May 29, 2016 I recharged my vodafone no( 7838780860) with Rs 651 using freecharge application which gives 3 GB 3G data for 28 days.


After that a recharge Rs 42/- which gives 150 MB 3G data for 7 days using freecharge token just to check if it works. Now what I see after 150 MB my previous data plan which is of 651/- does not work.


I call customer care. They say 651/- is unlimited and 42/- is limited pack that is why it got expired. I did not understand why an unlimited pack could expire before 28 days. I asked the executive Mr. Abhijit Sharma to let me talk to his supervisor. But he refused to do so saying he is busy at another call. I also asked Abhijeet his supervisor’s name but refused for the first time.


But after asking again and again he told his name, Mr Arinav Sinha. I told Abhijit I would wait until his supervisor gets free but he hanged up.


This is really annoying. My Rs 651/- has gone and I am helpless and customer care just did’t help me.
