Professional harassment
NO support from relationship & customer care guys
Lack of customer centricity
Incorrigible Attitude
Poor product knowledge
Ridiculous, completely, erratic, unreasonable...behavior
Mr CEO and others, ....what do the above statements reveal to you? ...(dont worry Ill tell u... ;)
...Now a days in all industry one term is used a lot and that is
SERVICE EXCELLENCE and Im sure your organization has also used this phrase. This phrase has now Succeeded the phrase CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETENTION.
But I simply fail to understand one thing and that is ...ki Yahaan par
EXCELLENCE KO MARO GOLI, YAHAAN SERVICE KAHAAN HAI? (LOUD)
Lets face one truth here, your organization coupled with People have Problem.
If you start asking people about their relationship with HUTCH and specifically to complaints then let me assure you that:
You ARE diving in BAY of BENGAL rather than in your nearby swimming pool.
SUMMARY: Cut the CRAP out and SORT the issue at YOUR end.
