Kind Attention, if you are thinking of opting Vodafone Blackberry Services. As per my experience I am a regular user of Vodafone since 2003 and Blackberry User from 2008 on same network. If this happen to me it can happen to anyone.
26th March. Recharge Vodafone Blackberry Services as usual.
28th March. Got call from Vodafone to switch new SIM as my SIM Card is quite old
29th March. Visited to Vodafone Store and replace new SIM. All Services Activated except blackberry.
30th, 31st March and 1st April Continuous Call to Vodafone about issue, either they suggested restarting or calling back but not registering the issue.
2nd April, Issue registered, and provided 6th April resolution date. Till then many call received from Vodafone and I called them and no reply. The call has been banged on my face.
7th April - deducted another 93 rs from my account and when I called they said download happened, since my Vodafone services was not working it was wonder for me how this download had done.
7th April-i did call to them post requested for MNP. The issue got resolved at 10 pm.
But all this 8 days I just charged under blackberry services without any service rendered. No refund, No extension of BB services date.
After a long Ten year of services, I decided to move to Airtel as the CC at Vodafone is got worst and the tech team is even more. May be this work good for other, but trust me once you are paid you are just gone. We think this is small amount and leave but by taking this small amount from millions of people Vodafone has lost their credibility.
Please think before using Vodafone. I hate Vodafone to make me suffer for long week and to respond on my face like slave.
