Bad Service

WORST SERVICE BY VODAFONE!


I am having such a bad experience with Vodafone. I had an interaction with the Vodafone executive to change my plan& had forwarded all the details on the given email id i.e. corporate.assist@vodafone.com& my interaction no. was 344655608. Since 1st Aug. 2017 I have informed them over email for 4G Sim card. I am just getting false promises and information from the call center executives. I am been harassed from 1st August till date. The call center executive informed me that I will be receiving the SIM CARD on 7th August yet I have not received it. On 9th Aug. 2017 I had given a call on the 198 complaint no.& was speaking to the call center executive he was very rude& unable to give any solution as usual. As I was not getting any positive reply from his end I informed him to transfer the call to the mAnasultanger. SUCH A BAD CALL CENTER SERVICE.that executive kept my call on HOLD for more than 1 HOUR.he was least bothered to come back& tell me that it will take sometime.on the another line I called the other no.i.e 9820098200 there I spoke to an executive I informed him to transfer the call to the mAnasultanger but he was informing that all mAnasultangers on the floor are busy on the other call.after insisting he transferred the call to the mAnasultanger named AMOL.I feel he is USELESS& just can’t take any initiative.instead when I was telling him about the trouble I am going through.he was not bothered to listen but just was giving Me all the excuses.I informed him that I am travelling to Delhi& I want my SIM CARD to be delivered to my alternate address which I have mentioned in my email.Amol who called himself a floor mAnasultanger didn’t help me but just wasted by another 2 hours on call.I was pleading him to deliver the SIM CARD on 10th before 4pm as I will not be there in MUMBAI for a month.He informed me that Sim card will be delivered to me on 10th or 11th Aug. on my alternate address which I had given. As he was giving all excuses on call& informed that nothing can be done I had to just hung up the call from my end.


As I did not get the sim card yesterday again I called on 9820098200. Call center executive named Sandeep picked up the call& he was very rude. He was talking on high tone. I requested him to transfer the call to Mr. Amol the floor supervisor& he informed that there is no one by this name. He said he will check if there is any floor supervisor and after 10 minutes he disconnected the call without even informing.


Whenever I call the call center I get the recorded message stating this call will recorded for the quality purposes. I don’t understand what kind of quality is this. I would advice quality team to listen to the call center executives calls& train them. There is no hold procedure& execitives are least bothered that the customers are on lines for hours& hours. This calls are not even free they are chargeable.


I have yet not received the sim card nor did I get any revert from Vodafone. Vodafone is such a big brand in service industry& they provide such a pathetic service. I am using Vodafone service since last 7 years& have advised so many people to go for Vodafone but after this pathetic experience I would not recommend to anyone.
