Worst customer services, useless web site

It seems Vodafone is repenting now by issuing the Vodafone Red plan.  They have spent millions of Rs. on advertisement but none on customer service.  You try to register for red plan on the web site and they start playing with you a game of Hide and seek.


When you call it takes you minimum 5 minutes to talk to customer service person where invariably an idiot is waiting to blow off your mind.


I asked them to include another number to my red plan with 499 plan


The guy asked me "Are you calling from same number?"  Now what is same number?


then he spelled out my number.


When I told him another number to add to my plan he said this number can’t be added for 499 plan you have to go to web site to register this.


Wow this is the price we pay to be customer of vodafone. In between he kept me on hold 3 times for the reason best known to him.


I think that is the reason they have to advertise to keep getting new "Bakra" because they can’t serve to the one they have.


Pathetic country pathetic service just because we do not have proper law and order to take them to task.  I challenge vodafone to try the same approach in USA.  They will be wiped out in days.
