I have been with Hutch for more than 14 months, initially it was given by my company. The network is pretty bad. Especially in the evenings the service is bad and normally it gets dropped while speaking.
Most irritating thing is the customer service. U can never reach them at any point of time. Their email do not work (Hutch-kar@hutch.co.in) and u can fax them any complaint (080-5119300). When I visit hutch teleshop, the person at teleshop is able to reach the customer relationship through some special number.
i do not receive the bills in time, only sms comes. To ask for copy of the bills, it takes hell lot of time. AND IT IS REALLY IRRITATING AND WE NEED TO WASTE LOTS OF TIME.
what surprises me is that HOW IS THAT CUSTOSMER CANNOT REACH THE ANYBODY IN THE COMPANY IN ANY MEANS WITHIN 20-30MINUTES IN THIS AGE OF ’HI-TECH’ COMMUNICAITON.
They should better spend all their advertising money in improving the customer care and service, rather than running behind the ’dog’
