False bill generated and worst customer service

I am posting this review in regards to pathetic customer service and false billing by Vodafone mobile operator.


This was regarding one of the mobile numbers that I was using and one month bill came around 3500 Rs, I was shocked but when inquired I was told I am using 3G more than my limit. I was ok and paid the bill on time but raised a request for disconnection of 3G services. Post that my 3G internet was disconnected, next month I again got a bill of 3500 + Rs.


I inquired with them again and now they said your 3G is disconnected but Vodafone live is there and internet is working through Vodafone live, now that was enough, I never asked them to activate this live service and I went for disconnection of this number. I paid 3500 billed amount plus 1300 unbilled amount and I was told my number will be disconnected in 2 days.


The number was not disconnected post that as well and a bill was raised again for 3250 next month and they called me to pay the same, I wrote an email to Vodafone care but no response and I continuously get calls for paying the amount now for 3 months.


Today I got a call for my other number that its outgoing and incoming will be disconnected if I don’t pay the bill for disconnected number bill "PATHETIC" and "RUTHLESS" way that they spoke to me today.


I asked them for this number of mine I have been paying bills and there is no outstanding on this number then how can you disconnect the executive hanged the call and now my number outgoing are barred for my current number on which all bills are cleared and there is no outstanding.


JUST WANT TO TELL VODAFONE, ZOO ZOO’s will not work in case you are not transparent to customer in billing and provide good customer service.
