Vodafone cheats postpaid customers by charging customers with download charges - even if ur in internet plan!
can any one understand what the below downloaded things, given in my bill by vodafone?

Total 6 Units - 306.00
these are the downloaded items and respective charges given by vodafone in my BILL.
the services are automatically activated and added to my bill and get activated in my number.
they are identifying customer who cant ask question back to vaodafone.
then they are charging the customers with multiple downloaded charges by activating unknown services with out customers knowledge.
if the customers call back to ask this. they blame customers for not installing the AD-blocker app. why cant they warn customers at the time of buying SIM card itself?
Coz, they need some customers to raise their funds, vodafone raises its fund by charging the innocent customers wiht download charges by activating unknown services without customers knwoledge.
the truth is vodafone themselves knwo that lot of customers are facing this issue. but not stoping this. coz they need to show profits/turnover.
so finally,
if u are a vodafone postpaid customer, u might ve already knwon this. or wait till vodafone charges u like they did for me.
for non vodafone customers - go for prepaid/ else get ready for getting cheated.
