Fraud by Vodafone- my nightmare...................

Hi


My name is Sanjay and I’m using Vodafone from more than 1 and half year. And from last 6 months I have been facing problems while using Blackberry Internet Services (BIS). There is a plan (For those don’t know about BIS) called BIS15 which activates the BIS for one day costing 15 Rs per day and activates automatically every day. This service includes unlimited email service, social networking services and web-browsing and there would be no other charges of WAP/GPRS/Internet other than 15 Rs per day (This is what they boast of). But enormous amount is being deducted from my account every time I use internet without any known reason to me or them. I’ve called Vodafone CC a hundred times at least.


I visited to Vodafone Stores many times in many areas of the capital from mini stores to large offices but all in vein. They never gave me any satisfactory answer. Some of them told me these are gprs charges which is impossible. One of them told me that its 3G charges but there is no Vodafone 3G plan for blackberry. I called their Technical team for BIS and explains him everything, he checked my record and told me that all the money deducted from my account is wrong. I tried to call their nodal officer, mailed him my problem but it lost into the abyss.


Finally when nothing worked out to resolve the issue I decided to  go for MNP and I sent the MNP request message and received a code. After receiving the code I got 4-5 calls from Vodafone asking the problem (LOL).
