I was using hutch before, they closed hutch and my network become Vodafone. I chose to use this brand because it’s good at service.
I have Vodafone connection since 2007 and I am loving this service a lot. This is my post paid connection and Vodafone is not like others they will only charge for what you have used, till today I have not faced any network problem with the Vodafone. customer service is excellent they have all well trained customer service executives. Since was very old customer to Vodafone recently I applied for plane change on my Vodafone number, I requested to reduce my monthly rental with the good benefits, they offered me with 500 plan with the 2000 minutes of free usage with 2 Gb 3G data free for next one year.
I am seriously happy with that. Talk about network, it’s really amazing even if I have one bar of signal in my phone I can have very good voice clarity and I usually travel from Bangalore to Hassan meanwhile in travelling also I get full network coverage even at my coconut farm and everywhere I go I 100% get good network. talking about 3G network with Vodafone is another one amazing experience, it will not take much time to load, sometime it depends on the web site that I open it may take little long time but not very long time like other service provider.I always pay bill using Vodafone account or sometimes using freecharge app I will make payment, it’s even very easy to pay using my net banking as well. so far I have experienced good things with Vodafone. customer service is one good thing they have good service, when you call them they will not make you wait for long time on the line, whatever information you need you will get it right there, at the store also Vodafone representatives are so helpful.
I visited lots of Vodafone stores so far I have not experienced any bad things with them. I am feeling good. I recommend this product to my friends and family.
