Worst customer service provider is vodafone

I registered a complaint with Vodafone on 28th October 2013. Complaint no. is 2403182092. Complaint was never resolved. due date was 30th October. Their answers were not satisfactory. I talked with many team leaders named, Amit, AMish, Tarun. They were very impolite and were very rude. they were not accepting their fault. They gave fake promises such as - sir wait for 4 hours, wait for 12 hours, 24 hours but complaint was never resolved.


Somehow I got contact number of nodal office, I contacted Mr.Atul from Nodal officer desk on 1st Nov 11 am.


He gave me a docket number.536550537 and assured me that he will resolve the issue by 2nd Nov 1pm. But even after that issue was not resolved. the issue is for just Rs.126, But I wasted a lot of time in calling them, had problems, and wasted around Rs.100 for waiting on IVR as nodal number is not toll free.


I want Rs.1000 from Vodafone as compensation for giving me problems and for delay in service( actually not giving service till time), for not solving complaint. I want their senior person to call me and say sorry on behalf of Vodafone.


I have actually experienced how worse is the service of Vodafone . even nodal officers are of no use. friends never use Vodafone. they will ruin your time.
