Whoever is reading this review one thing is very clear that vodafone Do not care for it`s customer care for its customers and their agents are obnoxious.They do not value and there customer care team thinks that they very efficient.I called them as they barred my service for not paying the bill however my bill was 1500 and my limit is 2500 that to increased without my consent.
I asked the agent to transfer the call to his team leader but he refused saying that it cannot be done.My question here is do their Team leaders have so much work that they cannot take an escalation or they think their agents are so perfect in doing there job.
I have 4 vodafone connections in one city Now I guess its time to port them as my loyalties to them doesn’t have any value for them. But when it comes to pitching their products they Call us 100 times a day. I request all the People who are not happy with their customer service to port their nos. so that vodafone realize the value of a customers. I even has asked my company not to get into any corporate tie up with them and soon this will be intimated to all the employees.
Porting no. is very easy just type port space ur no. and send it to 1900. A very unhappy customer
