I was having airtel postpaid number in bangalore. I faced lots of issues related to the coverage, internet speed and their servicing, finally I moved to vodafone. The servicing of vodafone is far better than of cheaters of airtel. The network also shows 80-100% strength most of the time. The 3G internet is not very good and took significant time to open up in mobile. I am not 100% satishfied with vodafone but what I found is they ware way ahead in quality and customer satishfaction as compared to airtel, tata, aircel, bsnl and other service provider.
Second main thing is the teriff charges. The quote approximately 20% lesser than airtel. I am paying 600 per month for 500 minutes free talk time and 1 GB of 3G data. which is quite reasonable only. Vodafone used o appoint service executive for most of the post paid customer to whom we can directly complain the issues and ask to address the same. Late fee charges of vodafone are also not very high, it’s just 50/-.
