Vodafone mobile services - Best among the worst

I have had experience with customer care services  of Aircel and Airtel. Both charge for speaking to customer care executives and still its a problem to speak to them over phone.


Infact, Aircel has no option to change language in IVR. Vodafone scores here. One can speak to a decent customer care executive in your prefereed language within 15-30 seconds and its not chargeable!
