I have used vodafone network all my life. But I must say the quality of services have touched a new low. I have frequent call drops and the internet connectivity is pathetic. I don’t think so that the data speed provided is 4G. I am using an iphone XS which works well with my jio ESim but doesn’t respond the same way with the physical vodafone sim. Calling customer service is a pain. The only thing they do on time is adding late fees and sending freuent bill reminders wherever they can.
If you are charging a premium kindly deliver premium service because there are network providers who provide much better service at a much lesser price.
