Pathetic service of Vodafone

I had to visit vodafone store total 9 times for just converting my postpaid connection to prepaid connection. This is just harassment. I felt I had made a big mistake taking vodafone as my network. Imagine we just have to come early from office for visiting vodafone store. I visited different stores each store told me they do not have new sim card.  Finally after visiting for the 5 time & after waiting for 1.5 hrs in queue I managed to get a new prepaid sim card. & they told me it will get activated in 48 hrs but hell.even after 5 days there was no change. I called up in customer care they told me the store people have not put any request for your no. & again I had to visit store. after visiting they told me the server is not working you need to visit again. or plz visit another store. I went to another store but there also the server was not working. On my next visit again I had to stand in the queue, & after enquiry I got to know there was some mistake made by vodafone executive. they told me it will start in  a days time. & they charged me for new sim card & the 1st recharge but still my 1st recharge amount is not being shown. Prepaid to postpaid changes happen in just a day, but postapid to prepaid has taken almost more than 1 month.


The entire process was very irritating, frustrating & time consuming. I feel like suing them filing a case against them for all the time energy & money wasted. Do not go for vodafone network. The vodafone executive have no manners.


Worst decision.Really really upset with all this. Vodafone plz respect people & their time.
