I would like to register a complaint against cell phone service provider Vodafone. As per norms, I had no outstanding bill but still my out going was barred without any notification or confirmation.
Every month services which are not required by me are activated and the charges are deducted from my account. Every time I have to contact customer care and deactivate the service and ask for refund.
However within few hours the same service is again activated and same process is repeated. There have been instances when I have tried for hours together to contact customer care but not been able to get through.
I would like to warn you guys regarding its third grade service standard and would like to advise to switch it Airtel or Reliance which is much better.
