Vodafone's wrong practices to rip people off

My mobile number 9920033460 had unlimited GPRS for 99 which worked fine for about 3yearson the same handset. It was on a corporate plan. Vodafone all of a sudden started charging for internet access stating that I was using Vodafone Mobile connect as access point instead of Vodafone Live.


My bill was for 2000 on CUG 349+ 99VF Live Plan...I visited the store. the store checked the settings on my phone no access point for VF Mobile connect was found- no assistance was provided and the store guys were adamant on proving that the usage was done.


When asked how can my handset log on to VF Mobile connect if there is no access point for the same--- A blunt reply -" we do not know how" was the only answer I always got from there they kept giving me weird reasons like--- whats app and Facebook are advanced app which will connect only through VF Mobile connect- which is 200% incorrect information.


After that my next bill was for 6500- no idea how my handset was latching on to VF Mobile Connect without any access point for the same---  And since then my mobile services are barred...
