Basic feature expected out of a phone is the possibility to talk with a proper signal. I ported to Vodafone and immediately I realise that there is absolutely no signal inside my house, untill and unless I go out of the house about 300 mts to get atleast 2 lines of signal. Customer care answers the worst to such a complaint with booster setup being necessary and time required to be in months. Can anyone imagine to be without be reachable having emergencies at home and at office?? These days is it so easy to change a number with so much of network established with a particular number starting from schools to hospitals to other basic information centers!
Minimum time after which I can choose to Port out is 90 days.
Everyone are pissed of to give a call on my number knowing that it would be nearly impossible to connect and if call placed successfully, would not be possible to continue even a single line of communication.
This has not only been experienced in my house in Ramamurthy nagar, but many of the hospitals and malls. Really the connection sucks. I am just not thinking about any further enhanced features and possibilities.
I never take so much of patience to write reviews on to the net. Frustration that I am facing due to this problem is forcing me to do this.
Thinking of a situation that I have no other choice to move out of this problem by continuing to retain the same number is more frustrating. Just crossing my fingers waiting to reach 90 days so that I can port out immediately.
Starting from the connection to the service, everything sucks !!
