My no. is 9999954094. couples of months ago I activated an internet pack of 198/- now today at 1:15 am I called them to deactivate, CSE said I have to pay 198 rs in next billing cycle because process will take 48 hours.
I was informed that whenever I’ll deactivate the pack, I’ll pay for that tenure. Well I requested on 19 early morning you have 23 hours . As a loyal customer now I decide to change the operator. I am sad today.This no. is very imp. for me.
