I had the quest experience with vodafone mobile operator. I would like to share my experience with you all.
For consecutive 2-3 months, I have failed to make my Vodafone post-paid bill payment, as I have moved to sone other city.
I had given my alternate number to my sister which was linked to the Vodafone number. Therefore she received constant calls from the Vodafone customer executive that the number has been de-activated, so kindly pay the outstanding bill amounting Rs: 1, 391.83/-.
On my behalf, my sister have made the payment on 1st September 2017 for my de-activated Vodafone number 981* 644.
Since the number is de-activated by the company itself, but still they have generated new bills against it and they are forcing me to pay new bill amount costing nearly Rs: 1, 000/-.
And constant calls are made to my sister for bill payment, but whenever she asks for an acknowlegement that the corresponding number has been de-activated, the customer executive immediately disconnects the call.
So according to my experience , this mobile operator cheats their customers and their service is also very poor.
