Vodafone is one the leading mobile operator in India and allover the world. they provide unquestionable consumer service to each and every people using their network. Although the network coverage of the company is wide spread, far and large but there are areas in the interior where relying on vodafone would probably be a silly mistake. The perfect upgrade in these situation is our own BSNL providing service in every corner of the country undoubtedly as they are specialised in remote area networks.
The rates provides by vodafone is probably the cheapest as compared to its direct rivals but there are few issues which comes up frequently for post paid consumers about the billing details and the different charges they add to the total.
The company has recently launch 4g data service but to be honest the data connection is quite weak in terms of its 4g speed which they are claiming to be super fast. Its not recommended by me as the data network is really poor because the tower are just getting installed in different places. Until that point there are few rivals who are taking up the challenge seriously to provide us with seamless and uninterrupted services anywhere in the country.
Voda is a good operator to have but needs plenty of work to be the best network in the country.
