In the last 8 months in Bangalore I was using Hutch post paid.
Each time I had to change my tariff plan they changed my no and also did the address verification!!!
Gosh! I’m just fed up informing people the new no and on top of it replying their executive.
I really don’t understand why they had to check the address coz I changed my tariff.
And finally last week because I was not available at home (I work during day) when they came to check, they barred my outgoing. After endlessly shouting at them I got it back and after activation within 6 hours they technically disabled my Sim!!! THAT TOO IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AT 2 PM.
I met with an emergency and was without any service. The worst service ever they give.... no matter whether you pay them high or not. I used to pay some extra amount on post paid bill!!!
What say????????
