Improvement In Customer Service & Commitment

I am having Hutch connections 2(Two) for more than 1.5 years and have the following comments:

  1. Customer Service is not upto to Satisfaction.

  2. Mistakes are commited in Billing.

  3. No Satisfactory reply to our Queries on Email.

  4. Frachisess of Hutch comit something and do some other thing.

I would kindly request the Top Management to do something on this.


Until and Unless these are looked into I feel the base of Hutch may start eroding.


The connection of HUTCH IS GOOD.


I also would like to bring to all when the bill is paid one day later by a Customer he is fined. What about the fine on the part of the HUTCH TO CUSTOMERS IN CASE THEY FAIL IN THEIR COMMITMENTS?


Hoping to receive a positive reply from the Management of HUTCH at the earliest.
