I am having Hutch connections 2(Two) for more than 1.5 years and have the following comments:
Customer Service is not upto to Satisfaction.
Mistakes are commited in Billing.
No Satisfactory reply to our Queries on Email.
Frachisess of Hutch comit something and do some other thing.
I would kindly request the Top Management to do something on this.
Until and Unless these are looked into I feel the base of Hutch may start eroding.
The connection of HUTCH IS GOOD.
I also would like to bring to all when the bill is paid one day later by a Customer he is fined. What about the fine on the part of the HUTCH TO CUSTOMERS IN CASE THEY FAIL IN THEIR COMMITMENTS?
Hoping to receive a positive reply from the Management of HUTCH at the earliest.
