Guys my name is Koushik and I am from Asansol. I am using Vodafone sim almost 5 or 6 years.
First plan I m using is 199 plan on Vodafone. Its very good plan. there is no problem got using this plan.
When jio launching his sim the Vodafone also launching various kind of plan. One day evening Vodafone mobile operator call me maybe the time was 2017 4th or 5th June. they call me and describe me a new plan of 510 rs which is suitable for me.
They told me that this plan is for 3g and 4g both of sim holder Should use it.
That day I am using a the 3G phone so I am not able to use jio Sim. For me this 510 plan is perfect. So I asked the operator about the details and they clearly told me free calls hundred SMS per day also 1GB mobile data per day for 84 days.
I asked him twice they clearly told unlimited calling 100 SMS per day and 1GB mobile data per day
So I activate the plan and using it after 5 days I was trying to call my friends but the call did not connected. They said you have insufficient balance to call.
I am shocked I have the unlimited calling pack so why cant my call is not connecting.
I call the customer care and told me about the problem then they told me that there is no unlimited calling. you have only 250 minutes per day for calling.
I am shocked the mobile operator clearly told me you got unlimited calling. She never says about the limit of calling.
Thats how they fool there customer. They bnever told me about the limitation of calling its a one kind of a fraud case.
I reported it and never using this 510 Vodafone plan.
