Before using Vodafone I was customer of Reliance as they provide 3G at Cheaper Rate i.e. Rs. 150 for 1 Gb 3G Data.
I have shifted to vodafone Becouse the Reliance Proving Worst 3G services. first I Converted my Vodafone Prepaid to Postpaid Plan. After Few days I received a call from vodafone for a 3g plan for Rs 175(1 GB), after that call I have activated Vodafone 3G service on my mobile phone in Mulund(Mumbai). The speed is terrible and it is slower than the 2G.
After a month I Received a bill in that I noticed the plan was like for Rs 150(500 mb) and I was informed as 175(1GB) Now I have received bill of Rs 1100 and there is no response from vodafone. I called in Customer care for this issue they replied our executive will never give you wrong info. feeling like I’ve been cheated.
now I am planning to switch back to 2G as it is comparatively faster, consumes lesser battery and the charges are also lesser. agr mughe 2g hi use karna h tu m 3g k pese kyu do?
my suggestion to vodafone please understand the customer and should try to really improve the speed and the network if they have to get more customers.
