Not Recommended At All

I have been using Vodafone prepaid for more than 6 years since when it was Hutch. Last 3 years back switched to Vodafone postpaid. And on January 2014 decided to activate the 399 unlimited plan for blackberry. And then after using it for 2 months I found that I wasn’t using the service enough. So decided to cancel. So called the customer care and asked them to deactivate it. They said that they have deactivated it and to my surprise I was billed again for the next month. And then called them again and they said they apologize for the inconvenience as it was a mistake from their end and that it will be waived off from the bill.


And when I went to pay the bill online thought of calling them again and confirming for the same. But the representative on the call was so unprofessional and he told me that I have to pay the amount whether I am using it or not. I highly recommend you not to use Vodafone services and calling the customer care and getting through it is the worst you will experience and they themselves are not aware of their offerings. And if you place a request for any cancellation they won’t update it and then they would mention that it’s not their fault as this is not updated in the system. CR*P SERVICE.
