I have a vofafone prepaid that I have been using for more than 3 years.
I had this experience which totally changed my opinion of Vodafone’s good track record.
Yesterday, I got a recorded message with a caller tune on 31.10.09 playing some song in Kannada.
We just cut the phone.
After some time, we got a message saying caller tunes activated as per our request.
We immediately sent sms to cancel it.
The reply came saying it will take 5 hours to cancel this service.
One minute to activate without our request & 5 hours to cancel!
But, Vodafone already took our Rs.30.00 for this unsolicited service.
Very innovative plans to improve collections from their executives!
Vodafone, can openly ask for Rs.30.00 donation, instead of harassing its customers like this.
We want to put a stop stop to these petty silly marketing techniques.
