I was on a vodafone 499 plan!guys if u take this plan your screwed as HELL! they’ll find out which company you work and based on your Salary they’ll put the BILL Minimum Rs 1600.
I found this when I was Out iof the Country for almost 3 weeks and my bill was around 1500, Secondly they will not send you the detailed bill, JUST BILL Amount.
If you ask for printed bill they will ask extra Rs 50 for 2 sheets of A4 paper, then extra Rs 25 for giving you the complete bill details, but it doesnt end here, they will make the procedure so long
They will first ask you to download our vodafone app, If you dont have smart fone, sorry we cant help you, So basically ive tried a lot but The last three months I dint get my itemised bill,
So I went to their store and requested to change to prepaid, their manager suddenly showed affection saying, whats the problem blah, blaqh, then gave me a 199 plan all out going at 20p and sms at 50p, free 500 sms, But now I get my bill as 750/month, But Still unable get bill.
IF u lose the fone, they will not help you track it, all they will say we will block the fone Pay rs 100 for new SIM, NOW Ive converted to prepaid, After all add on packs my MOnthly Bill is Just Rs 500.
