I bought 3G dongle from corporate office, and to collect money and documents they have sent their representative at 8 AM in morning and its being more than one month the connection is not activated.
Called customer care they say since number is not activated thay cant do anything
went to store. They say the same along with the remark, if u wud hv taken from us, it cud hv been functional by now.
Wrote a mail got the response that you have to resubmit the documents and for which they cant send their executive I have to go to myself to store, but for getting money they can bring man at any time.
Now what is the way to get refund?
