The Hutch Dog requires Nourishment

With the new look that hutch has given to its logo and the color combination they have selected it look far from appealing on the other hand I totally agree to the my frnds here in the blog sharing their views about the network congestion it has been the continous scene about the NETWORK BUSY thing from evening 6. Now to u are amazed if it doesnt show u the NETWORK BUSY msg in the first go n u tend to start considering yourself lucky. Share the same scene here in hyderabad as u said is in Banglore.


The most surprising fact is tht since few days u cant even get the hutch call centre’s number in the first attemtp, , , , , , , , , even that shows either number busy or NO REPLY. I have been using Hutch since the day I got my first handset as a gift from my father, beyond all these flaws wat keeps me going wid it is the added facilities and schemes that Hutch provides, since I m a student al the free sms schemes, reduced call rates and easy currency recharge and many more to add from time to time help me saving on my spendings. Better than most of the rest of the providers, hutch has the gud retention of its customers and quite a good brand recall thru its promotion schemes but yes, , , , , , , , , the new logo and the colors ...........i wud advise....pls rethink over it.


All in all, , , , , , , , hutch ppl need to seriously and quickly think over the congestion in the network and try handling it soon along with the customer care being lil faster at replyin to keep the lines free or to increase the respondents to prevent the users from gettin annoyed all the more wen they call to complaint againts the congestion n all.

i think with the latest congestion and breaking signal problem the dog (metphorically representing the Hutch network) needs to be nourished to run swiftly behind the customers. ;-)
