I had a worst experience with Vodafone. I was working for a company where I was given a number from Vodafone. No choice since company was corporate customer of Vodafone. Right from the start we had network problem, call jam, busy network and call drop problem plus lot of irritating marketing calls (DND registry is big flop...now cell companies are earning from ad by flashing the ad themselves). Well, after I left that company , I thought of changing my plan to 1 second billing, it was done with blink of eye and guess what when the bill came there were all sorts of charges levied for itemized bill, call holding charges, voice mail charges and god knows.
When I asked to CC they said that all these were free in earlier plan as you were corporate customer now every thing is chargeable . On my question, Why this was not informed at a time of change of plan they kept quiet but plainly refused to reverse the charges. When I asked them that I may would like to stop the service then they were simply ready to accept my offer which during my corporate user time period they never ever troubled me like this.
So this means that only corporate users are welcomed at Vodafone? For normal user they do not want to listen as well ??
