Vodafone really loots it’s customers who dont check the bills and make issues before making payment. The charges gradually increase month by month and u will not even know what for.
I have a vodafone postpaid connection for the past 10 years and I have been almost prompt in payment also. But still they Dont care for a loyal or long term customer. Nor they provide anything special. They promise to call back but take their own sweet time to do so.
