Vodafone has the most disgusting customer service I have ever seen in my life..I have trying to call them and get my bills for the last 11 months! Either they dont understand what I am asking for or they are cheating the customers with the bill amount.
When you call their call center, first thing their number is chargeable and then if you happen to get a rep on the phone they can never ever resolve you issue and ask to go to the store, when you ask them to transfer to the supervisor they will keep you on hold for almost 25 min!
And keep refreshing to check if you are still online of gone...and finally they disconnect the call...My worst exp ever with any company!
