I got a Vodafone bonus talk time voucher on redeeming my standard chartered credit card reward points.
I placed my redemption request for the talk time to be credited to my daughters Vodafone connection.
It is more than 7 working days now and the credit has not happened. As usual these people say the delay is due to a "technical problem" and do not elaborate what this technical problem is. It is typical of these companies to breach the promises and commitments made by them.
Beware of Vodafone and its fraudulent promotions and activities. I think this is a dubious method adopted by them to recover as much as possible from its innocent customers and public in the wake of the impending payouts that they would have to make on account of gaar.
