Unfriendly Customer Service

The service has become pathetic day by day. I don’t think they care for the customers any more. I had to follow with them numerous times for practically every small thing. There is no communication as to what happens in the store to the back office.


The customer agents are rude and are incapable of providing any help whatsoever. Problem started with name change of account holder. I had to follow consecutively for 3 days to get it done. I don’t the get bill. I follow up I come to know my email ID is not updated I again follow and the agents scream at the customer and no response to written complaints. I also feel they over charge my internet package is been utilized I don’t know how. No answer to any queries. They literally ask you to do things again and again. Whatsoever no help. Extremely poor customer service. Not recommended.
