Bad experience with Vodafone

I am one frustrated customer of Vodafone and using corporate plan of Vodafone . I had initiated an address change request on 3rd July 2014 by visiting and personally dropping all relevant documents at your Vodafone Store: Ground Floor, Bilvakunj Building, M G Road, Dombivali West, Thane 421202 and my token number was 169. After waiting for around 1 Hour 45Mins I explained my request to representative and she asked for certain documents, which I was carrying and handed over to her.


I had a chat with Agent Ashira from Chat option and she took almost 15 mins to confirm that my address is not changed and no request is raised. Please look into it. Vodafone Store of Dombivli west never gave me any service request number, even after asking for it. I am not sure how they run their business without any reference number for such requests.


Today my wife went to Vodafone Store mentioned above again and after some argument they gave her request number for 3rd July 2014 as SR#932715342. They are demanding same documents again and I guess they have misplaced my documents /might use for any fraudulent activities?
