Vodafone Needs to Review Its Services

I have been a Vodafone customer from the day one it came to India. Generally their services are good, but their customer support is at its worst. It sometimes became a nightmare.


Vodafone used to cut my balance and it happened 3-4 times because I switched to get updates for Cricket matches. I hate Cricket with all my heart and soul. Why will I ever subscribe to its alerts. That was the time when I wanted to leave Vodafone, but still I am with them. I hope I can continue.


Let’s have a look at my review:


Network: Needless to say, their network is reliable, Sometimes in some rural areas during my trips, I lost the connection. However, that is less than 1%. So, thumbs up for Network!


Customer Service: One of the worst services. Phone support team is never patient enough to listen. I now prefer to tweet to them and this channel seems a bit better than Phone channel.


Charges and Billing: Their call tariffs were not competitive and so I kept another connection too. Vodafone is mostly used for data purpose. Now, they are trying to be competitive, but I preferJIO for call and data. They seem lower than Jio now, but I have not tried them again. So, I will call them more expensive than others, at keast for me. It will vary by user.
