Recently I moved to Chennai and took a Vodaphone connection and my experince has been pathetic and I feel cheated.
1.The sales executive does not know the features of the product he is selling. I did not opt for CLIP and they are charging me for it. I called the customer care to have it cancelled and they tell me that for my plan it cannot be cancelled.! Bloody why dont you tell it when you are selling the plan.
- Billing is not proper as always you are charged more. The amount is close to 50% more than it should be actually be.
3.Evertime you complain the executive says he has noted the feedback and they will get back.which has not happened till now.
4.They have different customer cares for Chennai and Rest of Tamil Nadu.I am in a border area. Mostly I need to make 2 calls to get to the correct customer care.
I used to use BSNL previously and in comparision Vodaphone sucks!
