Vodafone is one the worst network I ever used. Customer support is very very poor. If you have any concern regarding excess billing ( in case of postpaid connnection) , poor network coverage, slow internet connection than please don’t expect Vodafone will help you out. In the end you have to compromise with your problems. They will assure you that every issue will be sorted out but nothing will happen. I am very disppointed with their service.
It is much better to go for Airtel which has much better customer care support. I port out my vodafone no into Airtel due to poor customer care support of Vodafone. I will not recommend Vodafone to anyone.
