Hi Everyone,
I wanted to activate an internet plan on my Vodafone post paid number.
I have emailed them with all the relevant details, but in-spite of doing it, they activated some-other plan(which is 300 RS higher than what I asked) and put a blame on me stating I have agreed to activate a different service(rather than the one requested by formal email) when they called back me.
They do not really want to help me at all, but simply keep telling that it was not their mistake itself.
If they are allowed to change my plan simply on a phone call, then what is the point in giving requests in written?
They of-course do not have any evidence either while blaming me, but end of the day I lost my money, time and good mood because of these cheap service providers.
If some one want to at least believe my post, here is my service request number given by Vodafone.
