Ops so much bad experience of users on MouthShut for Vodafone.
These are 15% of unsatisfied customers shouting. Rest 85% who are satisfied are not spreading the positive word of mouth.
I am not from Vodafone company, am sharing my honest feedback. Vodafone is a great service providers. The best network connectivity is of Vodafone. No company’s network is as better as Vodafone may it be Airtel or Idea. Most of them whom I have came across has always complained about other compnies network.
I use prepaid plan. There are no hidden cost, properly charged as per the usage - complete transparency. Even the network is good which ever location you. Data plan i.e internet is also having great range and connectivity.
I dont deny that I never faced any problem with network but overall happy and loyal customers from 11 years of vodafone and it has turned to be best mobile provider from.
