I have been using Vodafone 4G WiFi service( Alcatel) since oct 2016.For last few days I have been facing charging problem with the instrument, seeking help I went to Vodafone store in Ahmadabad and to my surprise I was told that they are not having any technical person n they will send it for processing n I have to wait for 21 days.It was totally disgusting to hear that they even can not provide me any standby as it is not their company"s policy.I m working in a MNC n have to b online up-to 8 hours, how come is this possible.I even sent a mail to GM Vodafone but in vain as I haven"t yet received any response from their side.They are remaining deaf to my problem
Guys beware of Vodafone as their policies are much important to them than their customers.I m also using other network services n glad to share that customers are their 1st priority but services provided by Vodafone are the worst n just like a nightmare.
