Dear VODAFONE, it would be more satisfactory, if you had not backed out of your promises made to your customers. I have been using VODAFONE services for almost 3 years. Initially it’s network and services were good but nowadays they are not worried about their customer’s problems. Their service is quite disappointing. Sometimes networks are lost. Please thing about your customers.
