My request number is 1411606734. Firstly: m wrongly charged rs 2200. My 199 plan was deactivated without even informing me about the same.
Now non of Vodafone call center agents are responding with proper answer. When called, they are unable to even justify why it happened. All I head is you pay the entire bill and later it will be refunded. My question is, when you accept that it was a fault at your end and I was wrongly changed (instead of 650 Vodafone charged me 2200 (internet data cost)), why cant you make a proper bill, why you asking to pay first.
The best part is yet to come: non of Call center senior agents are ready to come on call, totally frustrated with this attitude of theirs. I have at least called 7 times now, no one is responding properly (assurance is not implemented).
Hope this post will be read and acted upon by responsive people. Over all its a nightmare to deal with Vodafone postpaid.
