#CUSTOMER NEGLECT

Vodaphone gave me the most worst experience of my life. I have approach several times to customer care to change my sim from postpaid to prepaid. They told me you will get a call from customer care after 4 days which I dint get until now.All they do is fool customer. I would never ever again get a vodaphone sim.worst customer care personnelu could find here.They should know the meaning of #CUSTOMER CARE
