I had 3 hutch connections and right now I have canceled one and switched to airtel. So far airtel is good. Now coming to hutch,
Their network service is bad.
It works only in cities. You go on highway, you will loose network. Neither the hutch dog nor the network follow you out of city.
The customer service people do not know exact rules. I once asked for same number but new options they have come up with and they said it is not possiable. I had to change my number. After a week another customer service person says it is possiable. They are not consistant.
Once I used to get calls from unknown soucre and the way hutch handled the same was not useful. They asked me to go and find out and sort out the issues. Their policy on handling such requests are not appropriate.
I do not recommened hutch. Switch to Airtel or try CDMA. after 6 months I am going to switch other two connections to airtel or other service providers after reading reviews about them.
