Vodafone Helpline Executives Don’t Help Existing Customers.


The Problem started with Rs.747 3G data recharge( 1+ 1 GB for 3 months) done on 13/10/15 to my vodafone number 8335926355 via Vodafone App and it  could not be solved by their helpline even after 21 days! It’s highly frustrating that instead of contacting with vodafone helpline executives of Kolkata Circle( 9830098300) and also after writing to their customer care email several times, my problem hasn’t been solved till date. Everytime these guys send a typical formatted answer to reassure me that they are looking into the problem of but it seems nothing is being done from vodafone’s side.


Vodafone seems to have a helpline that don’t help it’s existing customers! They should have refunded Rs.747 which I have spend on 13/10/15 through their App without getting any data(?!) or credit the due 3G  data to my vodadone number 8335926355 asap. I shall not only start writing extensively in all forums & websites regarding what horrible experience I have had with Vodadone Customer Care but also thinking about approaching the Consumers Forum & other legal bodies for appropriate remedy.
