HAPPY TO CHEAT.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have got a new Vodafone prepaid connection of number 9769224*%# on March 08, 2014 (Unique ID No= PMUG578017).

I got this connection from Vodafone official store at Shop No 15, Lal Bahadur Shastri Rd, Mulund Colony, Mulund West, Mumbai.

I was told by the Vodafone executive (named Khushal) that the only available option for getting Vodafone new prepaid connection is by paying Rs 522 and there was no other scheme available.

He didn’t inform me about anything about the plans related to this scheme and I assumed that I would be getting talk time for the paid amount.

Only after the phone got activated, I was told that the amount is for a particular scheme and no talk time is given for the same.

But later on when I checked with other small outlets in its vicinity, I came to know that there are many others schemes too available for getting a new prepaid connection.

I had spent almost two hours in your store to get my new prepaid connection and now I fell cheated in your own official store. When your official motto is, "Happy to Help." You cannot cheat customers in this manner.

I want you to refund to me my Rs 522 amount back and cancel my connection as I have not yet started using the number and don’t want to continue with such an unethical operator.

The scene at your Vodafone Mulund Store was quite scary with many customers having fights with your executives as there was no proper coordination among them.

Also the customer’s very not given much care by your executives especially the one named Khushal. The payment counter was overcrowded with each person spending around one hour doing the cash payment.

I don’t intend to continue with such an operator.

Regards,

Pratheesh Kumaran.
