I am using Vodafone or hutch since few month ago and I found hutch means vodafone now, is running by non-senior and non-experience persons. Have a look into the griefness coz of which I have make a statement like this way.
I am not able to contact customer care, whenver I try to contact cust care, pre-recorded msg of’dial 56789 for ....or somekind of advertisement comes’ but custcare executive nver talk or pick the phone.Jst few days ago, I try to contact Nodal Officer to Vodafone Mr Gurpreet Singh by mail and Customer-care too but NoBODY try to Contact to resolve the Issue except acknowledgement from nodal officer.
My grief with vodaphone. My balance is automatically comes to min. in one or two days after I recharge and its happens from last 3-4 recharge done.
Im not able to send pic msg,
Im not able to download new msg if I want tobe.
Im not able to use connect to brower msg. as im still not able to connect cust-care.
My caller tune is change to song which I not selected, not of choice as usually I not carry caller tune.
I suspect tht my phone is having parallel connection as to record every activity of mine or any other is using, whtever,
When im not activate any service then hw can vodafone ppl can activate any service of its own for over an month.
I only came to know when confirmation msg. comes to me which says tht your balance is deducted coz of specific service and im not interested in that specific service atall
Last, and not the least and important in this, Im not able to connect Custmer care . I do whtever I can do to solve this matter unless some act done by the company also.
I must say, VODAFONE COMPANY KINDLY CHECK THE IRREGULARITIES AND FIX THE RESPONSIBILITY OTHERWISE I HAVE TO GO CONSUMER CELL AND THEN COURT WILL DO THE NEEDFUL.
